Planning And Costing Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Planning and Costing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, cost estimation, and management within the construction industry. Graduates from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research) Hyderabad are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Perform cost estimation and analysis for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
• Prepare and present cost reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mech Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Preferred: Postgraduate qualification from NICMAR Hyderabad.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and costing within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
