Planning And Control Manager
Job Description
The Planning and Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing project planning and controlling activities, including developing project plans, monitoring progress, analyzing data, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Qualifications:
Experience in project planning and control in the construction industry
Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning, project management, or a related role
Proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Courses/certificates in project planning and delay analysis is preferable
