Responsibilities
Coordinate all required services, including engineering, equipment, materials, testing, transportation, and all aspects of the services provided, ensuring adherence to relevant operating procedures. Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) agreed upon by the company and clients. Ensure all personnel follow Weatherford's quality, operation, and competency requirements. Track operation schedules and availability of operations, equipment, and personnel. Serve as the primary liaison contact for \"call-outs\" and resolve any outstanding quality issues. Lead QHSE matters within the team, including project Risk Assessment, Monthly Safety Meetings, Safety Leadership meetings, and Operation meetings. Maintain transparent communication with clients and personnel to ensure issues are resolved and on-time delivery. Ensure Field personnel are informed of equipment design and intervention requirements. Monitor daily activities, verifying all required data and test report submittals are provided. Conduct Work Site visits to periodically monitor Field operations. Ensure prompt end-of-job and well reporting. Actively pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in the overall performance of the Services provided. Ensure agreement and recommendations for process improvements are implemented prior to the next similar operation. Develop and implement local Quality Management System (QMS), including Quality Plan and Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure all QA/QC control measures and procedures are implemented and auditable, including equipment maintenance, inspection, failure investigation, and tracking. Maintain a monthly list of equipment utilization records for all dedicated in-country equipment. Coordinate, supervise, and perform Pre-Job Preparation, Maintenance, and Inspection programs. Ensure all equipment, containers, and slings shipped to the field have proper certification and comply with procedures, regulatory agency requirements, and industry standards. Maintain a non-conformance system, including handling any Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Ensure timely corrective and preventive action responses are submitted and closed, and validate the effectiveness of the corrective/preventive actions.
Qualifications
Requirements
Certified Quality Engineer from a recognized Quality organization (e.g., ASQ, IRCA) and Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA or ASQ). Proficient in Quality Management System requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO TS 29001, API Spec. Q1, and API Spec. Q2. Knowledgeable in basic QA/QC inspections, inspection tools, and inspection standards. Proficient in risk assessment, hazard identification, preventative measures, and risk mitigation. Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC Supervision, Auditing, and Operations. Capable of reading, interpreting, and understanding applicable industry standards (e.g., API, NACE, ASTM, ASME). Proficient in Weatherford job design philosophy and experienced in planning high-profile operations. Knowledgeable in deployment methods, including slick-line, braided line, coiled tubing, and conventional work string and downhole tools. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Possess valid certificates for HR2RS training and helicopter underwater escape training (HUET). Certifications
