Job Description
: We seek a skilled and passionate Pizza and Pasta Maker to join our dynamic team at Capri pizza in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cuisine and a proven ability to create high-quality pizzas and pasta dishes.
Responsibilities :
• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and pasta dishes to perfection.
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains high food quality and safety standards.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate and develop new menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Pizza and Pasta Maker or similar role.
• Knowledge of professional kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional food.
