• Assist in the preparation and cooking of French dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with health regulations.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place for various dishes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Assist in plating dishes to ensure presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including cleaning workstations and equipment.
• Participate in menu development and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques related to French cuisine.
