Renowned restaurants in Fujairah are looking for talented individuals


Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings for pizzas.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures.
• Ensure food preparation and cooking meet restaurant standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Occasionally take orders and receive feedback from customers.
• Accommodate customer special requests and dietary needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Communicate effectively for timely and accurate order preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Assist in ordering and receiving deliveries.
• Minimize waste through effective inventory management and portion control.


Requirements:


• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
• Proven 5 Yrs of experience as a pizza maker or similar role in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients/equipment.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preference for Philippines nationalities
