- Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings for pizzas.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures.
- Ensure food preparation and cooking meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Occasionally take orders and receive feedback from customers.
- Accommodate customer special requests and dietary needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Communicate effectively for timely and accurate order preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Assist in ordering and receiving deliveries.
- Minimize waste through effective inventory management and portion control.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
- Proven 5 Yrs of experience as a pizza maker or similar role in a restaurant.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients/equipment.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preference for Philippines nationalities
