Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella - SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere and Public.


We currently have a number of exciting Chef de Partie positions across the UAE supporting existing teams as well as building new teams as part of pre-opening. Supporting the Sous Chef- Pizza in running your designated section effectively, our Pizza Chefs play a vital role in ensuring the food we produce for our guests is of the highest standards. Some key responsibilities:


Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section Assisting with the management of health and safety and ensuring that the team are complying to food hygiene practices Managing and training any Commis Chefs Monitoring portion and waste control Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

To be considered for this role, you will come from a high-cover environment with experience working with either Arabic, French or Italian cuisine. Given the diversity of our teams, strong communication skills are essential.
