Ensure pizza dough is made fresh daily and ingredients are of top quality.
Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food preparation.
Assist in menu development and introduce new pizza ideas.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant.
Knowledge of traditional pizza-making techniques and oven use.
Passion for Italian cuisine and creativity in the kitchen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
