• \xc2\xb7 Be part of multi discipline team.
• \xc2\xb7 Constantly identify bottlenecks for progress on construction and proactively take action to resolve the same.
• \xc2\xb7 Monitor coordination of Interfaces between the EPC Contractors and provide clarifications and/or guidance on resolutions of any conflicts arising during execution.
• \xc2\xb7 Construction supervision as per approved IPMT organigram for SITE.
• \xc2\xb7 Coordination with COMPANY\xe2\x80\x99s operations for the easement of construction activities and interfaces.
• \xc2\xb7 Review of various completion documentation (e.g., Mechanical Completion Dossiers) to ascertain proper compilation and certification.
• Ensure that all procedures which are approved for construction drawings, risk assessments, permits, NOC\xe2\x80\x99s, environmental restrictions studies JSA/FRA\xe2\x80\x99s and safety reviews are in place and are adhered to during all the phases of the project.
• To ensure Company interests are protected through implementation of the contract requirements, regulations, and sound execution/construction practices, as well as following all the HSSE practices and quality norms.
• \xc2\xb7 Coordinate the \xe2\x80\x9cRight First Time\xe2\x80\x9d start-up concept.
• \xc2\xb7 Coordinate the handover of final PROJECT Documents to COMPANY.
• \xc2\xb7 Coordinate the clearance of Punch Lists works.
• \xc2\xb7 Having a working understanding of AWP (Advanced Work Packages such as those being utilized on this project).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and provide input to the overall construction plan, procedures and construction requirements identified in the EPC Contract to ensure constructability.
• \xc2\xb7 Review of construction organisation and manning.
• \xc2\xb7 Review construction plans and detailed procedures.
• \xc2\xb7 Review tie-in philosophy, tie-in package & relevant procedures.
• \xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plants.
• \xc2\xb7 Monitor the EPC Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s allocation of construction resources in consideration of relative priorities to meet the construction program and recommend any appropriate corrective action where shortage of resources might prejudice the program.
• \xc2\xb7 Review and ensure that all construction procedures, method statements and Inspection & Test Plans are issued as final approved documents before start of any related work.
• \xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage inspection of the construction work performed by the EPC Contractor and/or its subcontractors to verify that such work is performed in compliance with the approved procedures and specifications, and that the workmanship is in accordance with appropriate standards of quality.
• \xc2\xb7 Monitor and ensure that the work is performed in strict compliance with the safety procedures and requirements.
• \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the EPC Contractor has mobilised representatives of VENDORS and/or LICENSORS as required to support the construction activities.
• \xc2\xb7 Monitor the progress of work at SITE against the PROJECT Schedule.
• \xc2\xb7 Monitor the development of punch lists and close out of listed items as WORKS progress.
• \xc2\xb7 Monitor and ensure that the EPC Contractor provides all reports and test records in accordance with the provisions of the EPC Contract.
• \xc2\xb7 Be fully conversant with HSEQ plan.
• \xc2\xb7 Review Mechanical Completion/Pre-commissioning Manual.
• \xc2\xb7 Review Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s request for issuance of Mechanical Completion Certificate(s) and make recommendation to Management on acceptability.
• \xc2\xb7 Participate in inspection, site installation, site acceptance tests and, endorse inspection and test reports confirming adherence to project specifications and applicable international codes and standards for the following systems.

• \xc2\xb7 Participate site HSE /Quality Audits and coordinate with EPC team to ensure compliance and close out.
• \xc2\xb7 Participate and provide inputs with respect to Constructability during sessions and ensure close out and implementation.
• \xc2\xb7 Participate and assess SIMOPS sessions during construction phase and implementation by EPC Team.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:Internal * \xc2\xb7 Works closely with CM.

• \xc2\xb7 Liaise with IPMT project management and company management on all aspects of the IPMT role in the project.
• \xc2\xb7 Contact with Borouge operation team, for necessary coordination.
• \xc2\xb7 Other assigned IPMT personnel.
