Review and provide input to the overall construction plan, procedures and construction requirements identified in the EPC Contract to ensure constructability.
Review of construction organization and manning.
Review construction plans and detailed procedures.
Hands on experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plants.
Monitor the EPC Contractors allocation of construction resources in consideration of relative priorities to meet the construction program and recommend any appropriate corrective action where shortage of resources might prejudice the program.
Review and ensure that all construction procedures, method statements and Inspection & Test Plans are issued as final approved documents before start of any related work.
Monitor and manage inspection of the construction work performed by the EPC Contractor and/or its subcontractors to verify that such work is performed in compliance with the approved procedures and specifications, and that the workmanship is in accordance with appropriate standards of quality.
Monitor and ensure that the work is performed in strict compliance with the safety procedures and requirements.
Ensure that the EPC Contractor has mobilized representatives of VENDORS and/or LICENSORS as required to support the construction activities.
Monitor the progress of work at SITE against the PROJECT Schedule.
Monitor the development of punch lists and close out of listed items as WORKS progress.
Monitor and ensure that the EPC Contractor provides all reports and test records in accordance with the provisions of the EPC Contract.
Review Contractors request for issuance of Mechanical Completion Certificate(s) and make recommendation to Management on acceptability.
QualificationsQualifications/ Experience:
Experience in industrial construction/maintenance industry .
NCCER Certified Plus (Preferred).
Supervisory experience (Preferred)
