: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Piping Stress Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia/ Dubai. The Piping Stress Engineer will be responsible for performing piping stress analysis and ensuring that piping systems are designed and implemented to meet industry standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform piping stress analysis using relevant software (e.g., CAESAR II) to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Analyze and evaluate the flexibility and stress in piping systems, including thermal, seismic, wind, and other loads.
• Prepare and review stress analysis reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Design and optimize pipe supports and hangers to mitigate stress and maintain system integrity.
• Review and interpret project specifications, P&IDs, and isometric drawings to ensure accurate stress analysis.
• Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to address stress-related issues and provide technical support.
• Ensure that piping systems comply with relevant codes and standards, such as ASME, ANSI, and API.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the implementation of stress analysis recommendations and ensure quality control.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in stress analysis techniques, and best practices in piping engineering.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of [number] years of experience as a piping stress engineer, preferably in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• Proficiency in stress analysis software such as CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of piping design principles, stress analysis, and industry standards.
