Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation |Catalog and Specs, 3D modelling piping, generation ISO drawings, generation reports (MTO, Line list, etc.), in AutoCAD plant 3D.

Preparation of 3D models of Modular skid (Structure, piping, equipment's, etc) AutoCAD plant 3D, Extract GA drawings, Structure MTO, weights, COG

Preparation vessels/ Equipment's GA and fabrication detail drawings

3D modelling of Equipment's (structural / in Autodesk Inventor 3D and extraction of detail drawing & BOM

Shall have knowledge of Parametric modelling in inventor

Preparation of weld map of Vessel, piping and structure

Preparation of dump file for piping software, preparation of Plate cutting layout and CNC program

Able to conduct site visit to onshore/offshore, perform site surrey as per project requirement, measured all detailed dimensions and prepare shop drawing.

Understanding of Scope of work, Specification and client Standard drawings.

Prepare TDC as per specification and standard and Valve data sheets

Preparation of LOP and transportation drawing and lifting drawings.

Review and understand plot plan, GA, P&ID, isometric drawing, Hook-up drawing and preparing of MTO from P&ID.

Must have knowledge of piping components (flanges, fittings, valves & instruments), pipe support, structural sections,

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel (such pivot table etc)

Shall understand the company document numbering system and folder management system and follow strictly

SKILL AND ABILITIES

Able to work independently with minimum guidance

Able to think creatively and work smartly & accurately in minimum time frame. Can be able to hard work when required.

Able to understand the engineering concepts with minimum guidance

Must have hands on experience in Plant 3D, Inventor, Navis works

Shall have good communication skills (both written and speaking)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -

Diploma Mechanical Engineering. B Tech is preferred

Min 5-10 years' experience of drafting/ modelling in 2D / 3D and MS office

Immediate joining preferred

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
