The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed piping designs and layouts for various projects in the oil and gas industry.Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed piping designs and layouts for various projects in the oil and gas industry, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop design concepts and solutions- Prepare 2D and 3D models, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD and other design software- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design purposes- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and project managers- Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to construction teams- Ensure that all designs are in compliance with safety regulations and standards- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in piping design technology- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholdersQualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping design for the oil and gas industry- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software- Knowledge of industry standards and codes such as ASME, ANSI, and API- Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and components- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Willingness to travel for site visits and project assignmentsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
