Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Pipeline Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and inspection of pipeline systems at various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline engineering, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise and manage pipeline construction and installation activities on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to design specifications, project plans, and safety standards.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that pipeline projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Quality Control: Perform inspections and quality control checks on pipeline construction and installation to verify that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel. Conduct safety audits and incident investigations as needed.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and properly filed.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during construction or installation. Develop and implement solutions to overcome these challenges.
• Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with field engineers, surveyors, and construction teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project.
• Inspection and Testing: Oversee and participate in the inspection and testing of pipeline systems, including pressure tests and leak detection, to ensure system integrity and performance.

Preferred Attributes:

• Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple aspects of a project simultaneously.
• Field Experience: Hands-on experience with pipeline construction and installation, including familiarity with construction equipment and techniques.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing conditions and requirements on-site while maintaining high standards of work.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer license or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in pipeline engineering or construction, with a proven track record in site management and project execution. Experience with District cooling / Chilled water pipelines is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of pipeline construction methods, materials, and equipment. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and documentation.
• Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to pipeline construction and site work.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders and providing clear instructions and reports.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of site work and documentation.
• UAE driving license is a must

Salary:

• AED 3000 - 6000 plus company accommodation and transportation (Salary based on experience and job knowledge)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
