Job Title: Holiday Package Sales Representative Location: West Avenue, Dubai Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Deadline: 10/03/2024 : Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle holiday package inquiries from walk-in, corporate clients, and online channels, ensuring prompt and satisfactory conclusions.
- Log inquiries and maintain follow-up procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge, including in-depth familiarity with company brochures and destinations.
- Promote special IT & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profitability.
- Participate in trade expos, exhibitions, brochure launches, and other promotional events organized by the tourism board.
- Construct packages in compliance with Holidays division regulations.
- Utilize only approved suppliers/vendors designated by the company.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Dubai\'s tourism landscape and attractions is a plus.
- Must be able to reliably commute to West Avenue, Dubai, or be willing to relocate before starting work.
