Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PILE CW Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pile machine mobilization, maintenance , and optimizing utilization by renting out equipment during idle periods. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering professional with strong technical and organizational skills to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the mobilization of pile machinery to project sites, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
• Plan and execute regular maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure machinery is in top operational condition.
• Manage the rental process of pile equipment during idle times, maintaining records and agreements with external clients.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in line with UAE regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to pile equipment operations and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in pile machinery mobilization and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of construction equipment rental processes.
• Knowledge of UAE safety and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory .
