What are we looking for?

UCRYO Physiotherapist is responsible for providing CRYO wellness services in a safe, professional, comfortable, and engaging way. Physiotherapists not only perform treatments, but also consult new clients on the best way to achieve their wellness goals by combining the different services in UCRYO portfolio. Delivering all UCRYO wellness services safely and professionally. You will be responsible for promptly conducting new client intake interviews and to offer each client a customized treatment plan to best achieve his/her wellness goals.

What Will You do?

• Promptly following instructions of using our wellness equipment.
• Answering client\xe2\x80\x99s questions and addressing objections to obtain client\xe2\x80\x99s agreement with the suggested package or level of membership.
• Providing a tour of the facility and to ensure closing the sale and booking the first treatment at the end of the intake process.
• Being friendly and empathetic, explaining your actions during the treatment, whenever
• Relevant, and maintain a conversation about client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, expectations, and progress.
• Acknowledging and responding to questions and carefully listening to feedback.
• Suggesting and promoting additional services or retail products that may speed up the client\'s progress towards the goal.
• Maintaining treatment-related notes in the client\'s progress file.
• Communicating with team members, also involved in serving the client, in order to provide the best client experience.
• Monitoring the bookings and to remind the scheduled clients of their appointments.
• Keeping the equipment and the treatment rooms clean and in perfect working order.
• Upholding hygiene standards, appearance and behavior requirements.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor, as may be necessary.
