We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist / Medical Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess excellent clinical skills, and have a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 24 months Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients physical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy treatments to manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent disability.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to patients with orthotic and prosthetic devices.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy or Nursing (required).
- Valid state licensure as a Physiotherapist or Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
