Key Responsibilities:
• Assessment and Diagnosis:
• Conduct physical examinations and evaluate patients' medical history and physical conditions (such as musculoskeletal disorders, neurological impairments, or sports injuries).Assess patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and posture to identify issues affecting movement.Identify conditions and formulate appropriate physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Treatment and Rehabilitation:
Administer physical therapy treatments, such as exercise, massage, manual therapy, electrotherapy, heat or cold therapy, and other specialized interventions.Develop individualized rehabilitation programs and ensure they are tailored to meet the needs of each patient. Provide exercises and instructions to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility.
• Patient Education and Advice:
Educate patients on managing and preventing further injuries, promoting healthy movement patterns, and adopting ergonomic practices for daily activities. Advise patients on lifestyle changes that could help manage their condition (e.g., posture correction, weight management, etc.).Offer mental support and motivation during the recovery process. Maintain detailed patient records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and any modifications made during therapy. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals about the patient's progress, challenges, and necessary adjustments in the treatment plan.Work closely with doctors, surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and improve care plans. Supervise and guide junior physiotherapists or rehabilitation assistants. Provide training or mentoring to new staff and support continuous professional development. Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of rehabilitation equipment and tools. Stay up-to-date with advancements in physiotherapy technologies and techniques.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field. Licensure or certification to practice as a physiotherapist.
• Experience:
Proven experience as a Physiotherapist, particularly in [specific areas such as musculoskeletal therapy, neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics, sports injury management, etc.].Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with patients and collaborating with medical teams. Ability to assess, treat, and manage a diverse range of physical conditions. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt treatment plans as needed. Proficiency with physiotherapy equipment and software for managing patient records.
