Job Title: Videographer/Photographer (Real Estate)

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Videographer/Photographer to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a leave of absence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate photography and videography, a keen eye for detail, and a strong portfolio that demonstrates their ability to capture stunning images and videos for property marketing purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos for use in property listings and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to understand the specific needs of each project.
• Ensure timely delivery of all photo and video projects.
• Maintain a consistent style and high level of quality in all content produced.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Own photography/videography equipment is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a creative approach to capturing properties.
