Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality images and videos for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, events, corporate profiles, and product promotions.
• Shoot and edit content to align with the company's brand standards and project objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute creative visual content that tells compelling stories and engages the target audience.
• Develop visual narratives for advertisements, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Enhance footage quality with color grading, sound effects, and animations where required.
• Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Recommend new equipment purchases to improve content quality and efficiency.
• Provide on-site photography and videography support for corporate events, product launches, and other gatherings.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited content post-event.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan shoots and deliver content that meets strategic goals.
• Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in photography, videography, and digital content creation.
• Suggest innovative ideas to keep the company's visual content fresh and competitive in the UAE market.
• Maintain an organized library of images and videos for easy retrieval.
• Ensure proper tagging and categorization for company-wide usage.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in photography and videography, preferably in the UAE market.
• Experience with corporate, lifestyle, and product photography is a plus.
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment (Canon, Nikon, Sony, etc.) and lighting setups.
• Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with drone photography and videography is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends to create optimized visual content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
