Job Description

  • The Graphic Designer / Photographer is responsible for translating the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing objectives into creative strategies and designs. This position works with the creative team and engages in outside resources as needed. This position provides creative vision and direction, working in partnership with the marketing team to produce results-driven creative solutions on behalf of the organization. The Graphic Designer is responsible for copywriting, design, and project management from concept to completion and Photographer is responsible for the product shoots.
  • Develop detailed and complete graphical designs and content for the Brand operation.
  • Lead the production of all design projects and ensures meeting important deadlines.
  • Improve the quality of all content utilized for advertising internally and externally.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with team members to conceptualize ideas and assign projects to staff.
  • Generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project by capturing specifications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and presentations.
  • Proven experience as a videographer/photographer;
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing software/tools;
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends; -Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling techniques.
