Key Responsibilities:

Photography: Capture high-quality images of properties, events, and corporate activities, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and marketing strategies.



Editing: Enhance images using advanced editing tools to meet professional standards and project requirements.



Property Shoots: Plan and execute on-site photoshoots to showcase properties in the best light for marketing purposes.



Creative Input: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and ideas for campaigns.



Equipment Management: Maintain and handle photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.



Event Coverage: Photograph company events, meetings, and milestones for internal and external use.



Portfolio Development: Create and maintain an organized archive of images for quick access and future use.



Market Research: Stay updated on the latest photography trends and techniques to keep our visual content competitive.



Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a professional photographer; real estate or corporate photography is a plus.



Education: Degree or certification in Photography or a related field is preferred.



Skills:

Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).



Strong technical skills with cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.



Creativity and an artistic eye for composition and detail.



Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.



Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach.



Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
