The Role
Videographer and photographer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multimedia projects that bring creative concepts to life. This position combines creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills to oversee the production of engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive experiences. The Multimedia Designer collaborates closely with clients, creative teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality multimedia solutions that captivate audiences and meet client objectives. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Project planning and coordination: Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to understand project requirements, develop project plans, establish timelines, and coordinate resources. Multimedia content production: Oversee the end-to-end production process for multimedia projects, including video shoots, animation creation, audio production, and interactive media development. Creative concept development: Collaborate with the creative team to translate client briefs into compelling multimedia concepts and develop creative treatments that align with client objectives. Vendor management: Source, select, and manage external vendors, such as production crews, animators, voiceover artists, and post-production studios, ensuring quality and timely delivery of outsourced work. Budget and resource management: Estimate project costs, manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize production workflows to ensure efficient project execution. Scriptwriting and storyboarding: Review and refine scripts and storyboards that effectively convey key messages and guide the production process. Production coordination: Coordinate all aspects of multimedia production, including location scouting, casting, scheduling, equipment rental, and logistics. Directing and supervision: Direct and guide the production team, including actors, crew members, animators, and editors, ensuring adherence to creative vision, technical requirements, and project objectives. Quality control: Review and provide feedback on multimedia content throughout the production process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines and client expectations. Post-production and delivery: Oversee the editing, color grading, sound design, and finalization of multimedia projects, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet technical specifications and delivery deadlines. Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry. Music Selection: curating, maintaining, and recommending music to all projects. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in multimedia production, film, animation, visual communications, or a related field. Proven experience (4 years) in multimedia production, preferably in an advertising agency or creative studio environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in multimedia production, including video projects, animations, interactive media, or similar content. Proficiency in multimedia production tools and software, such as video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects), and Photoshop and Illustrator. Comprehensive knowledge of multimedia production processes, including scripting, storyboarding, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, manage timelines, and meet deadlines. Strong communication both verbal and written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and present effectively to clients, creative teams, and external vendors. Technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and other multimedia production equipment and techniques.Requirements
