Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute on-site photography and videography for various events, capturing everything from scenic landscapes to candid moments and corporate functions. Edit and enhance photos and videos using professional software, ensuring the final output meets brand standards and client expectations. Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and event teams to produce high-quality visuals for promotional campaigns, social media, and event materials. Develop and maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with B6 Productions' brand identity across all platforms. Organize and archive photography and videography assets in the media library for easy access. Ensure smooth collaboration with the graphic design team to maintain a cohesive visual presentation. Keep up-to-date with the latest photography, videography, and editing trends, equipment, and techniques to enhance our content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in professional photography, videography, and photo/video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in event coverage, corporate functions, and/or creative projects. Expertise in photo-editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, as well as video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color correction, retouching techniques, and video production skills. Ability to capture both still images and video footage in various settings, including live events, corporate meetings, and creative shoots. Proficiency in drone photography and videography, as well as action cameras, for dynamic shots. Excellent organizational skills, with experience in managing large photo and video archives. Creative storytelling ability, with a keen eye for capturing unique moments in high-energy environments. Familiarity with social media trends, content creation, and how to tailor visuals for various platforms.
