Job Title: Videographer & Photographer

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer and Photographer to join our team at Key Capital Properties .In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties to help market our listings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Property Photography: Capture stunning photographs of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and outdoor spaces.

- Videography: Create engaging video content, including property tours, promotional videos, and virtual walkthroughs.

- Editing: Edit photos and videos to ensure high-quality presentation, applying appropriate color correction, sound editing, and visual effects.

- Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand project requirements and create visual content that aligns with brand goals.

- Scheduling: Plan and manage photo/video shoots, including coordinating with property owners and agents to ensure timely access to properties.

- Equipment Management: Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working order.

- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate photography and videography to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in photography and videography, in the real estate sector.

- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in property photography and videography.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in using DSLR cameras, drones, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom).

- Creativity: Strong artistic eye with an ability to capture the unique features of properties.

- Equipment: Candidate should have all the tools and equipment .

- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary - 4K to 7K Aed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
