The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in capturing stunning images and creating engaging videos that highlight properties and developments. You will play a critical role in promoting our real estate listings through high-quality visual content that resonates with potential buyers and enhances our brand presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with various departments to deliver exceptional visual storytelling. Responsibilities: - Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties that showcase their unique features and appeal. - Edit and produce compelling visual content for marketing materials, social media, websites, and promotional campaigns. - Work closely with real estate agents, property managers, and clients to understand their vision and requirements for visual content. - Utilize advanced photography and videography techniques, including drone footage, to enhance property presentations. - Create virtual tours and walk through that provide an immersive experience for potential buyers. - Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's style and quality standards, maintaining consistency across all platforms. - Manage and organize digital assets, including photographs and videos, to ensure easy access and retrieval. - Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate photography and videography, and continuously seek to improve skills and techniques. - Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies that incorporate visual content to maximize reach and engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for visual storytelling.



Requirements

• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in the real estate industry. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography and videography work, particularly related to properties and architecture. - Proficient in using professional camera equipment, lighting, and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro. - Familiarity with drone operations and aerial photography is a plus. - Exceptional attention to detail and a creative eye for composition, lighting, and color. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. - Knowledge of real estate market trends and an understanding of how to effectively market properties through visual content. - Degree in photography, videography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. - Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate property viewings and events. - Driving license
