About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Photographer/Editor to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of properties, creating engaging reels with agents, and editing content to showcase our projects and brand effectively on social media and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Content Creation: Photograph and film apartments, villas, and other properties, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.
• Agent Collaborations: Create video reels with agents to promote listings and engage with audiences on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Video Editing: Edit property tours, promotional videos, and reels with a strong focus on storytelling, branding, and aesthetics.
• Photography & Videography Setup: Plan and execute shoots, manage lighting, and operate high-end cameras and equipment.
• Content for Social Media: Develop visually appealing, shareable content tailored for social media platforms.
• Quality Control: Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style.
• Project Management: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet deadlines for content delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing (real estate experience preferred).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of photography and videography techniques, including lighting, framing, and composition.
• Experience with creating reels and short-form content optimized for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
