Job Description

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES

- Capture high-quality images & videos for various marketing materials, including product photos, lifestyle images, corporate portraits, and event photography & videography.

- Ensure that all images & videos align with the client's brand identity and marketing objectives.

- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and design teams to understand project requirements and goals.

- Collaborate with clients to capture their vision and ensure the final images & videos meet their expectations.

- Plan and organize photoshoots & videoshoots, including scouting locations, arranging props, and coordinating with models or subjects.

- Prepare and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

- Edit and retouch photographs & videos using software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Lightroom & Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Enhance images & videos, correct colors, adjust lighting, and remove any imperfections to ensure the highest quality while staying true to the brand's aesthetic..

- Use lighting, composition, and camera settings to capture visually appealing and brand-aligned images and videos.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

- Maintain an organized workflow and file management system for easy access and retrieval of images.

- Stay updated with the latest photography & videography trends, techniques, and tools.

- Implement innovative ideas to keep the content fresh and engaging.

- Add special effects, text overlays, and animations where appropriate, ensuring they are engaging and meet the brand's standards.

- Capture high-quality video footage for various marketing purposes, including advertisements, social media content, corporate videos, and promotional materials.

- Work with the creative team to develop storyboards, scripts, and concepts for video projects.

- Operate professional video cameras and equipment to capture footage.

- Focus on composition, lighting, sound, and camera movements to ensure high production values. Using data and insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

- Plan and organize video shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and coordinating with actors or subjects.

- Add effects, transitions, soundtracks, voiceovers, and graphics to create polished and engaging videos.

- Organize, tag, and archive all digital assets in an accessible and structured manner.

- Conduct regular reviews to improve skills and incorporate feedback from clients or team leads.

- Recommend new equipment or software when needed to improve production quality.

- Ensure all technical aspects (e.g., lighting, sound, camera) are optimal for each shoot location and style.

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Demonstrable experience in photography together with the potential and attitude required to learn.

- Understanding of different photography & videography styles and techniques (portrait, product, lifestyle, event, etc.).

- Proficiency in using various cameras, lenses, and other photography equipment.

- Understanding of different camera settings and when to use them.

- Knowledge of lighting, composition, and exposure settings.

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight...).

- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great photos and videos.

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
