Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Photographer and Videographer with a valid driving license to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is pivotal in capturing captivating visuals that highlight our properties through both photography and videography. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts, presenting properties in the best possible light to attract prospective buyers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography and Videography: Use your expertise to produce high-quality photos and videos of properties, showcasing their unique features and capturing the essence of each space.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand their vision and requirements for each property shoot, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
• On-location Expertise: Travel to various properties to conduct photo and video shoots, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to different environments.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and operate photography and videography equipment effectively, ensuring all tools are in optimal condition for each shoot.
• Post-Production: Edit and enhance photos and videos as needed, ensuring they align with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Digital Asset Management: Organize and catalog photos and videos systematically, making them easily accessible for marketing materials and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Photography and Videography Skills: Proven experience in real estate photography and videography, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to create compelling visual content.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driver's license with a clean driving record, enabling you to travel independently to different properties.
• Creativity and Attention to Detail: Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas, coupled with a keen eye for detail and composition.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and team members.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate property availability and client preferences.
