We are seeking to hire a Videographer / Photographer / Concept Creator / Graphic designer for our renowned Real Estate Brokerage firm based in Dubai.

About us :

The King Brothers Properties (TKBP) is a real estate buying and selling brokerage and leasing properties, renting etc. We provide an extensive property search and acquisition service across the commercial and residential markets for both investors and occupiers.

Title : Videographer / Photographer

Salary Budget - AED4000 - AED 5000

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Photographer/Videographer/Video Editor/Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio and a proven track record of producing high-quality visuals in Real Estate industry.

1-Conceptualize, plan, and execute video and photo shoots for property consultants , clients . outdoor shoots , including but not limited to: marketing campaigns, social media content, and events

2- Capture and edit high-quality video and photo content

3- Design and create graphics for various projects like advertisements and Social Media posts.

4- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the company's brand and objectives

5- Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative and creative concepts

6- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work

7. Ensuring confidentiality of the company and managing the assets appropriately for legitimate use only .

- Requirements:

1- A degree or diploma in photography, videography, graphic design, or a related field

2- Hands-on experience in video editing and graphic designing in Real Estate industry .

3- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator

4- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling

5- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

6- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere: 3 years (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE Real Estate market in marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, digital marketing, and customer relationship marketing.
• Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Photoshop: 3 years (Required), photography and videography: 3 years (Required) ,
• Strong expertise in social media platforms and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Outstanding project management and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
