Job Title: Videographer and Photographer - Real Estate

Location: UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer and Photographer with a strong background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will capture high-quality photos and videos that highlight our properties, convey our brand's aesthetic, and help drive engagement and sales. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and familiarity with the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography and Videography

Capture high-quality images and videos of properties, focusing on lighting, composition, and angles that enhance each space.

Conduct photography and videography to showcase properties from unique perspectives.

Edit and retouch images and videos to meet branding standards, ensuring the final output is visually engaging and professional.

Pre-Production and Planning

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand property features, key selling points, and brand guidelines.

Plan, storyboard, and schedule shoots to maximize productivity and ensure timely delivery.

Conduct site visits to identify key shooting locations and plan shot lists.

Post-Production

Edit and enhance footage using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

Add graphics, music, and other elements to videos to enhance storytelling and appeal.

Manage photo and video file organization, naming conventions, and storage.

Digital and Social Media Support

Work with the social media team to provide content that aligns with social media campaigns.

Ensure that all content is optimized for digital platforms, including social media, website, and virtual tours.

Equipment Management

Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in good condition and ready for use.

Stay updated on the latest equipment and technology to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of photography and videography experience, preferably in real estate within the UAE.

Technical Skills: Experience, good in shooting, video editing, color grading

Creativity: Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and color.

Preferred Attributes:

Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE's real estate market and visual style preferences.

Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing real estate work is essential.
