Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos using professional editing software.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to showcase properties.
• Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries about properties.
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
• Coordinate with real estate agents for promotional activities.
• Maintain and organize a digital library of property photos and videos.
• Attend property photoshoots and virtual tour sessions as required.
• Photograph agents, meetings, and other relevant events.
• Manage all social media accounts for the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: In Photography, Digital Media, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fluent English
• Effective Communication Skills: Provide clear advice and consultations.
• Negotiation Skills: Achieve the best possible outcomes for visual content.
• Deep Understanding of the Dubai Real Estate Market: Stay updated with new developments and trends.
• Marketing and Promotion Skills: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for visual content.

Essential Technical Skills:

• Photography and Videography: Expertise in using professional cameras and editing software.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe tools.
• Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of how to effectively use social media for marketing and promoting visual content.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Additional Requirements:

• Own Visa: The candidate must have their own valid visa.
• Own Camera: The candidate must have their own professional camera equipment.

Package:

• Salary: 3000 AED per month
