We seek an organized and creative Photo/Video Shoot Coordinator to manage logistics, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless execution of photo and video productions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in the photography/video production industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Production:
• Coordinate scheduling, permits, and location scouting.
• Arrange equipment rentals, transportation, and catering.
• Create and distribute call sheets, scripts, and concept boards.
• Confirm vendor contracts and negotiate rates (when necessary).
2. On-Set Management:
• Oversee setup, striking, and maintenance of sets.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and talent.
• Manage shoot timelines, ensuring timely completion.
• Troubleshoot logistical issues.
3. Communication:
• Liaise with clients, directors, producers, and crew members.
• Facilitate communication between departments.
• Provide updates on shoot progress.
4. Post-Production:
• Coordinate delivery of footage/photos to editors/designers.
• Ensure organized file management.
• Assist with editing/retouching feedback.
5. Administrative Tasks:
• Create and track budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
• Maintain production calendars and schedules.
Requirements
1. Experience: 2+ years in photo/video production coordination.
2. Skills:
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
