We are seeking a skilled and reliable Phone Technician to join our team. As a Phone Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile phones and related devices. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile phones (smartphones, tablets, etc.) - Repair of mobile IC and Face ID for Apple phones - Perform repairs on various phone models, including screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repairs, and more. - Install and update software, firmware, and security patches on mobile devices. - Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze phone performance to identify problems. - Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures and providing cost estimates to customers. - Maintain an organized inventory of parts, tools, and accessories. - Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to quality standards. - Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends, phone models, and repair techniques. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and parts used. - Follow safety procedures and protocols when handling electrical components and devices. Requirements: - Must be male - High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification in mobile device repair is a plus). - Proven minimum of two years experience as a phone technician - Strong technical knowledge of mobile phones, operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.), and repair techniques. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with phone repair tools, equipment, and software.
