As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, promoting health, and supporting the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or advanced practice providers.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
Assist physicians and healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
Qualifications:
Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) issued by the state licensing board.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing).
CPR certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) as required.
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
