Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding products and medications, providing information about their uses, and offering recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and operating the pharmacy\xe2\x80\x99s point-of-sale system.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area, including shelves, displays, and merchandise.
Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring that medications and products are properly stored and within expiration dates.
Collaborate with pharmacists to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, terminology, and basic healthcare practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and medications.
