Pharmacy Manager Job Summary We are seeking a qualified, energetic individual to join our company as a Pharmacy Manager. As head of our pharmacy team, you oversee all day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring appropriate inventory levels, accurate record-keeping, and best practices in patient education and distribution of restricted substances. You lead a team of pharmacy professionals, creating schedules for best coverage of busy times, and hire and train new employees. Our ideal candidate possesses a Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) and considerable experience as a professional pharmacist, preferably in a role requiring leadership and administration. This role requires you have superb attention to detail and organizational skills. Pharmacy Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day pharmacy operations, including customer interactions and problem resolution
- Ensure proper inventory levels, making adjustments to suit the pharmacy\'s individual needs
- Keep accurate records of inventory, patient information, and insurance claims
- Hire and train new employees
- Create staffing schedules to ensure maximum coverage
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD)
- State pharmaceutical license
- 5 years of professional experience in a pharmacy, preferably in a role showcasing leadership and administrative skills
- Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Pharmacist: 5 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Dubai Health Authority (Preferred)
