OverviewFacility overview:M42 in partnering with the UAE Ministry of Defence to operate Zayed Military Hospital in Al Batayeh, Sharjah. This collaboration will provide world-class healthcare to over three million residents in the northern UAE, including military personnel and their families. By integrating top healthcare providers like the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Healthpoint, M42 will ensure access to specialized and preventative care.Full-scale operations are set to launch in early 2025.Role overview:
This role involves performing daily pharmaceutical operations, including preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications according to physician prescriptions and in compliance with DOH standards. Additionally, the incumbent plays a vital role in the pharmacy, focusing on areas such as quality assurance, informatics, stock management (inventory), and education.Responsibilities

Performs pharmaceutical operations, including preparation, verification, compounding, packaging, labelling, and dispensing of medications.
Reviews and interprets physicians\' medication orders and prescriptions.
Initiates and maintains monitoring of patient waiting times.
Assists in maintaining records for controlled substances and manages the removal of outdated or damaged drugs.
Provides supervision, training, and development for pharmacy technicians and team members.
Organizes and directs technicians\' workflow, verifying preparation, labelling, and order entries.
Works closely with pharmacy staff to ensure optimal workflow and patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in pharmacy with an active DOH license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills possess knowledge of key pharmaceutical procedures and current best practices
