We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a supervisor (Female Only). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of pharmacists sales promoters, ensuring their productivity and performance meet or exceed our standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with operating managers to ensure seamless operations. \xc2\xb7 Handle employee scheduling, time-off requests, and other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Should be Female Arab National. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience. \xc2\xb7 Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
