Warehouse-Pharmacist with MOH license
Responsible for Pharmaceutical storage and distribution Environment
Principal Accountabilities:
- To achieve operational excellence, minimize product loss and ensure staff safety within the Company Distribution processes.
- Responsible to ensure medications are stored in the correct manner.
- Documentation - Receiving consignment; check it as per MOH standards - Coordinating
- Licensed pharmacist shall manage controlled drugs as per rules laid down by MOH
- Management of documentation archiving and record keeping
- Implement ISO in the Organization and adopt standard practices.
- Follow and implement standard operating policies and local legislation.
- Problem solving, leading negotiations, crisis management with necessary governmental and regulatory authorities as required
- Managing DOH authority quality program (violations & Excellence requirements) with respect to Drug Store practice
- The Pharmacist In charge will be responsible for the Supervise receiving..., warehousing, picking/packing and dispatch, in order to meet healthcare customer requirements.
- Responsible for day to day operations to include operational work flow, scheduling, annual appraisals, regulatory compliance
- Supervising staff and conducting storing procedures wherever necessary
- Preparing the annual budget and plan for Manpower requirements and Controlling warehousing expenses -
- Ensuring the settlement of warehouse related -vendor's/contractors financial payments through the Finance Department, in line with the company financial policies -
- Providing guidance and development to assigned staff and encourage individual development, interviewing people and hiring right candidate
- Responsible for handling delivery. Propose & complete special projects with approval of management within the agreed time schedules.
- Fully understand, drive and promote company vision, culture and values.
- Hands-on role & will guide in entire end-to-end supply chain activities for the medicine products in the warehouse.
- Ownership and responsibility for providing excellent customer service while running a smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure proper, efficient and maximum utilization of manpower and space.
- Warehouse and material management & Inventory and cost control.
- To supervise and help in maintaining and improving the efficiency & effectiveness of the company's logistics and supply chain operations.
Complaints/Temperature & Humidity Related
- Reporting complaints related to pharmacovigilance issues or any batch recalled from the supplier.
- Checking store temperature & humidity chart as per M.O.H. requisition and keeping its track record.
- Keep Hygiene in premises daily and maintaining its activity chart thru logs if any.
- Updating important documents such as trade license, store license M.O.H license for the registered pharmacist.
- Make sure the documents are displayed properly.
- Adhering to all MOH standards. Ensure good house-keeping, maintenance of temperature as per HAAD standards
Pest Control/Waste Management & Refrigeration of Vehicles
- Ensuring the drug store has valid pest control / waste management contract as per M.O.H./HAAD rules.
- Ensuring availability of fire extinguisher and Ensuring service happens twice per year and calibrating medical refrigerator per year.
Delivery Vehicles
- Supervision and getting work done of Receiving new vehicle delivery and arranging its refrigeration works and completing registration process.
- Supervising the job for handling monthly service for each delivery van as agreed by management.
- Supervising the Timely repairing and replacement of spare parts/tyres as per our approved price.
- Servicing of air condition of vehicle at least yearly basis or depends on the condition.
- Doing fitness test and renewing registration yearly.
Stock Control Areas
- Receiving consignments and reporting if any variation found & it by cross checking its GRN.
- Arranging stocks from various stores through proper communications as per the requirements.
- Checking the received quantity with stock transfer sheet and reporting & rectifying if any variations.
- Sending the signed transfer document to the boarded store and filing its records.
- Sending goods to various stores upon indent received and transferring it though the system.
- Pricing and arranging display shelves daily basis with the running batch and expiry.
- Allocating short expiry medicines in separate area.
- Guiding Joining with store team for pricing and arranging orders and store as well.
- Keeping damaged stock/recalled goods in its shelves and reporting to the concerned departments.
Requirements
- Valid MOH license.
-Bachelor's in Pharmacy
- Should have at least 1 to 2 yrs. of experience.
- Should have good experience in dealing with store.
