Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Pharmacy In Charge with a Ministry of Health (MOH) license to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceuticals and related products. Supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and adherence to prescription guidelines. Maintain proper record-keeping of prescriptions, inventory, and patient information. Monitor pharmacy sales and implement strategies to optimize profitability. Provide counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and precautions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes. Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments, regulations, and best practices. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and medication-related issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:

Ministry of Health (MOH) license is mandatory. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm) degree from a recognized institution. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pharmacy In Charge or similar role. Proficiency in Arabic and English languages. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with pharmacy software and computer systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
