Welcoming the patients. Guiding the patients with medication use. Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians. Monitoring the medication dosage and therapies prescribed by the GP. Guiding the patients for any side effects of the drugs. Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications. Conducting health and wellness screenings where ever applicable. Keeping accurate customer records. Ensuring a safe and clean working environment. Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy. Taking all insurance approval as per the requirements. Replying to all the emails from customers and insurance companies. Calling clients and insurance companies where ever applicable. Following and completing all MOH requirements as per the guidelines. Maintaining all the records as per the guidelines of MOH. Ensuring the safety of self, colleagues and the patients. Managing and ordering the stock as per the requirements in pharmacy. Counting the stock periodically and reporting all discrepancies. Disposing off the expired medications as per the guidelines.
