Job Summary:

The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations. Additionally, the Pharmacist plays a key role in the sales process by promoting pharmacy products, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Monitor drug interactions and contraindications. Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with DHA regulations. Manage pharmacy inventory (drug store), ensuring proper stock levels and storage conditions. Assist in achieving sales targets by upselling appropriate products based on patient needs. Stay updated with new drugs, medical products, and industry regulations in the UAE. Ensure proper disposal of expired or unused medications. Handle insurance claims and patient inquiries related to prescriptions. Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy. Valid DHA Pharmacist License (mandatory). Minimum (1) years of pharmacy experience in the UAE. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work towards sales targets while maintaining ethical standards. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
