Job Information
Supervise and manage daily production activities, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the factory Design and implementation of production protocols to increase yield and improve quality Ensuring production compliance with quality standards (GMP) and safety guidelines Implementation of prevention and safety measures to protect personnel and the environment Oversee the maintenance and control of factory equipment to ensure smooth operation Develop maintenance plans to prevent failure and reduce downtime Mentoring, training and development of production staff and promoting their professional development Creating a work environment based on collaboration and open communication
Job Requirements 5+ years of experience as a production manager in a pharmaceutical company Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field Knowledge and experience in implementing quality and safety systems (GMP, ISO) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes Ability to lead and motivate a high performing sales team
