Job Description

Pharma Business Partners is looking for a consultant to join their team. As a small business, we are looking for consultants that are able to work independently on consulting assignments (with supervision from Pharma BP senior team), alongside working on other internal initiatives to help grow the business. The role will be a remote role.
 
Role Outline
 
Project Delivery


Conducting background research and analysis on client industries, trends and competitive environments
Designing quantitative research and analysis plans
Consulting clients around questionnaire design
Performing quality assurance checks on data, reports and presentations
Analyzing external research, survey data sets and client metrics
Identifying opportunities for improvement in client processes and programs based on analysis
Creating customized briefings, reports and PowerPoint presentations that tell a solutions-based story for executive leaders
 
Business Growth


Writing key thought leadership pieces to be sent out as insights to clients
Contributing to proposals and considering new, innovative methodologies to help differentiate Pharma BP from competitors
 
Requirements


Quantitative or life sciences degree from a leading university
2-5 years of experience with pharmaceutical market access
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint and ideally GSuite products, Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.
Strong analytical ability
Strong attention to detail
Strong planning, time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a team
A genuine interest in solving problems and optimizing business growth
Interest in pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
Native English speaker and Arabic speaker - only candidates who speak both languages fluently will be considered
