Your Role:

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Plant Manager and functionally to the Central PFMEA Coordinator of Aptiv Morocco, the PFMEA Facilitator will ensure the follow-up and control of projects during the engineering change development phase. The new joiner will act as an owner of flow 2 (Developing Strategies and capabilities), Flow 4 (Developing Products and Process) and Flow 5 (Providing goods and services) while ensuring that Aptiv standards are applied. In your daily job you will:

Ensuring good communication between manufacturing engineers.

Ensuring standardization of recommended actions.

Ensuring the review, dissemination, standardization and introduction of procedures on the Enterprise Operating System (EOS) in collaboration with the EOS Coordinator.

Ensure pre-audits at the engineering department level.

Ensure the smooth running of customer audits and certification audits.

Your Background:

Bac+5 in industrial engineering or equivalent with a minimum of one year of experience in the automotive industry

Knowledge in PFMEA Methodologies with a continuous improvement mindset

Availability and ability to prioritize work

Communication, listening and collaboration skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
