Job Description
Communication with Shipowners’ Crewing departments
Recording of crewmembers in client Mobilization tool + Hotel bookings
Transportation requests for PCR test & chopper
Follow-up on crew matters with our local agent (RSL gate pass,Offshore pass,client letters…)
Updating Crew Change Schedule and participation in Crew Change Meetings
Approval of Marine key personnel(with assistance of Marine Supt) + Catering crew certificates(with assistance of QHSE coordinator).
Application for OMF cards
Updating company in-house tool – Crew related matters
