Job Description
Job responsibilities:
• Bathing and Drying: Properly bathe pets using appropriate shampoos and conditioners.
• Haircuts and Styling: Perform haircut and styling according to pet breed standards or owner's requests.
• Nail Trimming: Safely trim nails to prevent health issues.
• Ear Cleaning : Clean ears to prevent infections.
• Health Checks: Conduct basic health checks for signs of illness or skin problems.
• Customer Service : Communicate effectively with pet owners about their preferences and pet's needs.
• Important skills for a pet groomer include:
• Animal Handling : Gentle and confident handling of pets.
• Patience : Working calmly with animals of varying temperaments.
• Attention to Detail : Precision in grooming tasks.
• Customer Service: Clear communication and understanding of owner's requests.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to stand for long periods and handle larger animals.
